* I (parent/guardian of the minor) have read and accept the terms and conditions of the Statute, Privacy Policy and Protocol of the Benvenuto Players as provided on the site https://thebenvenutoplayers.org/. Advance notice will be given for any substantive or material changes to these documents.

* I (parent/guardian of the minor) authorize the Benvenuto Players (BVP) to process the personal data provided according to GDPR 679/2016 as implemented by D.lgs 101/2018 in combination with D.lgs 196/2003, and to receive internal (among BVP members) communications from them via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone and/or mail.

* I (parent/guardian of the minor) authorize free of charge and without time limits, according to GDPR 679/2016 as implemented by D.lgs 101/2018 in combination with D.lgs 196/2003, the publication and/or diffusion in whatever form, of images (photographs, videos, etc) of the minor on the website of the Benvenuto Players (BVP) and in the WhatsApp groups only accessible to BVP members, and/or printed on paper. In addition, I authorize the storing of such images in the BVP IT archives, according to GDPR 679/2016, D.Igs 101/2018 and D.Igs 196/2003.

* I (parent/guardian of the minor) release the Benvenuto Players (BVP) and its Board from every responsibility, direct or indirect, from any possible damage, both material and non-material, and/or expenses which could arise from the minor taking part in BVP activities. Furthermore, I hereby declare that I renounce any rights to civil or criminal prosecution against the Benvenuto Players, as an objective or consequence of injuries incurred either to the minor or to others which happen during the course of BVP activities.
